This Cookie Policy explains how Evertin AB ("Evertin", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on the Evertin platform at evertin.com and its subdomains.
1. What are cookies?

Cookies can be first-party (set by the site you are visiting) or third-party (set by another domain). They can be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (stored until they expire or you delete them).
This policy also covers similar technologies such as local storage, session storage, and pixel tags.
2. Cookies we use
We use cookies sparingly. Evertin does not use third-party advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies.
a. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential to provide the Service. Without them, the Service cannot function. They do not require your consent under GDPR.

b. Bot-detection cookies
These cookies are set by Cloudflare Turnstile on signup and other anti-spam-protected forms. They help us distinguish humans from automated bots. Necessary for the security of the Service; do not track you across sites.

c. Vercel BotID
Where we use Vercel BotID on form submissions, Vercel may set a short-lived cookie to fingerprint suspected bot activity. Necessary for the security of the Service.

d. Analytics cookies (none currently set)
Evertin does not currently use analytics cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting them.
e. Advertising cookies (none)
Evertin does not use advertising cookies or any tracking for third-party marketing purposes.
3. How to manage cookies
You can manage cookies in several ways:
- Cookie consent banner. When you first visit Evertin, you will see a cookie consent banner. You can accept all cookies, accept strictly-necessary cookies only, or customise your preferences. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
- Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Note that blocking strictly-necessary cookies will break the Service (you will not be able to stay signed in).

4. Do Not Track signals
Evertin honours the EU GDPR consent regime. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because they have no agreed legal meaning under EU law and because we already require explicit consent for any non-essential cookie.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through an in-platform notice.
